Athens Scuba offers a full variety of PADI (Professional Association of Scuba Instructors) scuba courses. PADI, founded in 1966 in California, is by far the biggest scuba association in the world with the most members. It revolutionized scuba diving and made it accessible for everyone. PADI has a proven record of exceptional learning materials and knowledge development. We are teaching according to the exceptionally high standards of PADI.

The full range of scuba courses we offer include the very first step, called a Discover Scuba Dive, all the way to a professional certification, called a Divemaster.  The certifications you earn by completing PADI courses are for life and they never expire. Of course, it is ideal that every certified PADI diver keeps up their knowledge and skills by diving on a regular basis (at least once a year, preferably more often). If you can’t dive often enough, you can take refresher classes, also offered by Athens Scuba.
